“The idea of creating a mod had come up several times before, but only this year did most of us manage to push ourselves into action. With enthusiasm, the story was developed, dialogues were written, worlds were filled, textures created, and everything was put together. Only the recording of voices and the testing/bug fixing took place later at home. It’s a fine example of what a small, passionate group can accomplish over a weekend, and it may inspire others to start modding Gothic or return to it.”
