Union - Update of two plugins

Hedin_Union_Vob_Locator_New

- Added the ability to run with the Test Path plugin for the New Balance mod. New Balance scripts dated October 13, 2024 and higher are required to function.

Hedin_Union_NB_Small_Improvements

- Added correct display of intelligence requirements for Dark Mage in the Path of Trials plugin for the New Balance mod, there was a 40% increase in intelligence requirements. Scripts from version 13.10.2024 and above are required.
