The main goal of this modification is to thoroughly develop the plots of three existing guilds and create plots for 2 new guilds - the Water Mages and the surviving members of the former Brotherhood of the Sleeper. Additionally, we are changing many aspects of the game - textures, models, animations, monsters, equipment, and partially the gameplay... The actions of the mod will take place within the original story of the games Gothic 1 and Gothic 2, on the island of Khorinis. In our work, we adhere to the canonical view of the lore of the first two parts of Gothic and deviate from it only where the lore itself allows. Unfortunately, there are quite a few holes in the Gothic lore.
The modification has been in development for about 4 and a half years and continues to develop actively. If you think this is a long time, you're mistaken - for example, the work on the modifications Returning 1 and 2 took about 8 years (each), and creating the New Balance modification (using the already finished resources of Returning) took about 7 years to reach the final version.

Why did we decide to open Boosty for the project?
In the future, we plan to abandon the donation system on VK (Russian social network) that we are using now. It is not very convenient, raises many questions among people, and besides, withdrawing funds through it is quite expensive. This platform is much more convenient for achieving the tasks and goals we set for ourselves when working on the modification. Some aspects of the modification are implemented professionally on a paid basis, so we need the support of the gaming community to bring the project to the release stage.
