- Added 14 new songs to the mod. To the Square (3), to Regis at Koragon (2), to Gaivern at Cardiff (1), to Tasso at Louie's in the Far Valley (5), to Grand at the farm in Waldus (3). Updated with a separate mod in the installer or archive in the Guilds 1.6 / Guilds 1.6 - Music mod extension v.1.2 topic.
- Prices for ordering songs have been halved.
- If the player orders all songs from one artist, the option to order them as a playlist will open. They can be listened to in any location (the timer in the top left corner of the screen shows the time until the end of the currently playing tune). If the player listens to an artist's playlist, the option to order it from Orlan's Pub at John's will open. The dialog for ordering playlists from other artists is available after listening to at least one playlist and after healing John from the bite.
- Individual songs and playlists count in achievements. A second achievement has been added for 32 songs listened to.
- Aura curses have been added to the mode on normal and hard difficulty in the dark locations of Orc Graveyard, Necropolis, Temple of the Sleeper, Cave of Pain, Abandoned Gold Mine, Xardas Gold Tunnel, Monster Hideout.
When the main character is in these locations, a timer will appear in the corner of the screen. When the timer reaches zero, one of the 10 "curse" variants will occur and the timer will reset again.
The dark locations are divided into three groups, and for each group the timer is independent of the others.
Holy Water will increase all timers by 20 ticks at once, True Water by 30 ticks.
If the main character has studied necromancy resistance, the aura curse effect does not work.
The number of triggers is displayed in the 1st line of the menu.
- Changed how Mercenary Vial works if the main character has gained a 1000 life bonus and reduced it with Inubis. The vial will start working not until the main character's 1000 lives, but until the lower value.
- The effect of the Mercenary Vial after Beliar's Curse, which increases the lives of the main character's opponents, has been reduced. The 4th and 5th vials have been restored, as well as the accumulation of 5 lives. The rate of gaining lives to the vials has been slowed.
- The cost of learning upgrades (recasting) for all helmets has been reduced to 37LP. The price in gold has been increased.
- On hard difficulty, the main character dies at zero stamina and 1 life point. On easy and normal difficulty, survivability remains a possibility.
- The targeting distance for the spells "Spirit Arrow", "Ball Lightning", the guardian battle runes "Path of the Warrior", "Voice of the Guardian", "Wave of Wrath", "Guardian-Watchman" has been increased.
- The distance of control in terms of dialogues with the Masked in the dungeon of Jarkendar has been increased.

- Fixed the operation of the search light when searching for secret locations. When the dialogue ends, the main character will run to the secret location unless the player takes control.

- Volumes 5-8 of the "Golem Arcana" book have been added and volumes 3-4 have been rewritten. The first two volumes are still on sale at Moran's in chapters 1-2, while volumes 3-7 are spread out in various locations. - The time to regenerate stamina by any means has been reduced to half the maximum stamina.
- Added general help for loadscreens regarding consumables for transmutation.
- Scripted death for John, Snipes, and Ulf at Orlan's Inn in the 9th new chapter has been added.
