📜 Important Information from the Authors
The patch does not require starting a new game.To download it on Steam, you need to unsubscribe from the mod and download it again.
Unfortunately, some of your settings may be reset, including quick saving with the F5 key (which caused issues for some players). You can restore this setting in the Gothic.ini file by setting useQuickSaveKeys=1.Alternatively, you can download zUtilities, where saving is done with F10 and loading with F12.
From the GOG version, we have removed gamepad support and DX11, as they unfortunately often caused technical issues. However, you can install these components manually. DX11 and plugins are available on the website in their latest versions.
The new version is now available in Czech on ModDB as well!The English version will receive an update soon.

Story
[Quest “The Gambler”] Fixed a bug where the dialogue with Agnes froze if she was sitting on a chair.
[Quest “Departure”] The romantic storyline with Olsa now continues if she didn’t want to slap us.
[Quests “Sacrifice” and “Now or Never”] In one case at the start of the “Sacrifice” quest, immortality was disabled and the block on the “Now or Never” quest was removed.
[Quest “Field of the Curse”] Otmar and Gorn now appear at the meeting place in all cases.
[Quest “The Merchant”] Fixed a condition during the persuasion of Adele to make a purchase.
[Quest “Now or Never”] Fixed Alrik losing his path during the hunt.
[Quest “Now or Never”] Fixed a case where the Great Silverback did not attack Alrik.
[Quest “The Carrier”] Added Morris drawing his weapon when choosing to confront the bandits during the walk with Olsa.
[Quest “Warriors’ Stronghold”] Fixed a possible blocker in the bandit camp that allowed quests to be completed in a way where none of the leaders offered the final quest.
[Quest “Exterminate the Pests”] Fixed a bug where Sane died even if help was provided.
[Quest “Lost Art”] Zora now attacks Shamesh only after the dialogue.
[Quests “Profession: Alcoholic” and “Hungry Ulf”] Removed the block on the “Profession: Alcoholic” quest if the “Hungry Ulf” quest had been started.
Mechanics and Balancing
[Balance] More arrows at merchants, higher prices for bloodfly wings.
[Bonuses] Fixed an incorrectly assigned bonus on the weapon “Wretched Battle Axe”.
[Fast Travel] Unblocked a fast travel point during the quest “Preparations for the Hunting Festival”.
[Fast Travel] Fixed a bug where fast travel was blocked after Oswell’s death (if he was following the player).
[Trading] Added an additional trade option for arrows and bolts at the pirate storekeeper.
[Trading] Every merchant selling ammunition will receive another 100 arrows (or bolts) the next time their trade window is opened after selling out — ammunition is therefore effectively unlimited in the mod.
[Trading] Added an additional 300 arrows and bolts to Ulf in Chapter 5, allowing players to restock at the last available weapon merchant.
[Theft] NPCs no longer react to theft after the player leaves buildings.
[Harbor Warehouse] Paying Dirk now allows access to the warehouse without consequences.
[Creatures] Fixed a bug allowing infinite digging up of Felicia’s urns.
[Teacher] Mingueza now charges gold for training.
[Routines] Pirates leave the ship after exiting the Temple of Hatiret if the player sides with the city.
[Routines] Fixed Alissa’s routine in Chapter 5; previously, if she had been kidnapped, she fought zombies that spawned at the bandits’ location.
[Gate Guards] Fixed two bugs related to pirates guarding the gates: at the western gate, fast travel can now be used without being harassed by a pirate; at the southern gate, Morris now moves far enough away to prevent getting stuck in a dialogue loop.
