Gothic 1: Othello Mod – Info & Upcoming Patch 4.3

Hi, just a quick update. Othello mentioned that he’s currently working on patch 4.3, which will fix various reported and discovered bugs, as well as continue improving and developing the mod. We don’t have more details yet on exactly what’s coming or when to expect it.

I just wanted to respond to the comments about this update, where people wrote that certain things weren’t working. In this version, there really were a few things that could bug out, but fixes are being worked on. It happens sometimes that a version doesn’t turn out perfectly — which is understandable, since Othello is developing the mod alone :).

As for me, I no longer have the time to handle bugs in individual mods for individual players unless they’re supporting members on YouTube or Patreon. So the only thing I can really do for you is to contact the author and report the issue.

So, if anyone is considering a first or another playthrough with Othello’s mod — I’d recommend waiting for the next update.
