Gothic 2 Guilds - Improved autotranslation and support for this module

What is Guilds mods? They are modded Returns 2.0 even longer than New Balance and updated regularly. It is therefore an interesting alternative.

- Starting today we will start supporting this mod, we will track and describe new updates and update the files and scripts for this mod as well as for New Balance.

So... I have consolidated all the installation files on one disk and created an installation guide... it was a mess, now it's just plain and simple.
